Order Quantity and Packaging
Our high quality badges are individually die cut to make them very easy to hand out to children. Badges are packaged 1,000 per box; please order in even box quantities.
Open Account Terms
Government agencies are automatically granted Open Account Terms with written Purchase Orders. Terms are Net 30 days from invoice date and prompt payment is appreciated. Credit Card payments are welcomed for individuals and agencies.
Artwork and Design Charges
We are happy to work with virtually any professional artwork you can provide. Depending on the format, additional charges may apply, so please call or email for an exact quote if you are furnishing a logo to us. Also, we can create a layout for you. Our current rate is $75.00 per Hour of design time.
Plate Charges
For new orders, even if no special artwork is required, printing plates must be produced in order to complete your job. The cost for plates is $75.00 per color. This is a one-time charge, and will not be charged again unless you make changes in your design on future orders.
Order Shipping Time
In order to offer the best prices in the industry, we combine all badge orders into one long run during the last week of each month. All orders are shipped and billed by the end of the month. Orders entered by the 20th of most months will ship within 10 days. Orders placed after the 20th will be shipped by the end of the following month. Note that new orders must have a proof signed by the 20th of the month to make the run for the end of that month.
Need A Rush Order?
We provide our very economical pricing because we print for at least 10 departments each month. We run all these orders together to reduce the setup time and waste. However, if you need an emergency run and can't wait the normal 3-4 week lead time, please call us to discuss. There will be a surcharge for this service, but we may be able to help if you have an emergency.
