Order Quantity and Packaging

Our high-quality badges are individually die-cut, making them quick and easy to hand out - perfect for community events, school visits, and public safety outreach. Badges are packaged 1,000 per box, so please order in even box quantities for accurate order fulfillment.

Open Account Terms

Government agencies are automatically approved for Open Account Terms upon submission of a written Purchase Order. Payment terms are Net 30 Days from the invoice date; prompt payment is appreciated.

We also gladly accept credit card payments from both individual customers and agencies for added convenience. 

 

Artwork and Design Services

We're happy to work with nearly any professional artwork you provide. Depending on the file format and complexity, additional setup charges may apply. For an exact quote, please call or email us with your logo or artwork details.

Need help creating a badge design? We offer custom layout and design services at a rate of $75 per hour. 

 

Printing Plate Charges

For all new orders, a printing plate must be created, even if no custom artwork is provided. The cost is $75 per color, and this is a one-time setup fee. 

 

Order & Shipping Timeline

To keep our prices among the best in the industry, we group all badge orders into a single productions run at the end of each month. 

• Orders placed by the 20th of the month will typically ship within 10 days. 

• Orders placed after the 20th will ship by the end of the following month. 

• For new custom orders, a signed proof must be received by the 20th to be included in that month's production run.

Our low pricing is possible because we batch print for multiple agencies each month, minimizing setup time and reducing waste.

If you have an urgent need and can't wait for the standard 3-4 week turnaround, please call us to discuss expedited options. While a rush surcharge will apply, we'll do our best to accommodate emergency requests whenever possible.
